Is it true the Tampa Bay Rays are moving to Raleigh, NC?

I heard they are moving because of terrible attendance to Raleigh. Also, their farm team is in Durham. The Raleigh Technicians?

    Whereever they go they will get the same amount of fans, because no matter where they go there will always be more Yankees and Red Sox fans there..

    Seriously, Florida already have their team.Why not move the Rays to another country like North Carolina , that would be great.

    North Carolina is a state lol. And when I googled it nothing came up about Tampa Bay moving. You might want to check your sources. If it’s not MSN, Yahoo, or ESPN, it’s probably not legit.

    and also… the Rays just made it to the world series… they arent going anywhere… and the Marlins are getting their new stadium… they arent going anywhere… so good luck with your team in Raleigh but Florida isn’t some dream state where you can just pick up a team and move it to your city like it was meant to be there…

    I think Portland, Oregon will get a MLB franchise before Raleigh, North Carolina does. And neither of them look like they will happen anytime soon.

    The Rays aren’t moving anywhere,they’re just thinking of building a new stadium so they get more attendance in Tampa then in St. Pete where the Trop is. No way are the Rays moving to N.C

    I don’t know but I wish it were true. Florida doesn’t deserve 1 baseball team much less 2
